By accessing our Website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms, including any additional policies referenced herein. Please read them carefully before using our Website or placing an order.

1. General Conditions

Sunday Pairs operates an online retail store offering socks and related lifestyle products.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or restrict access to our Website at our discretion, provided we comply with applicable law.

By using our Website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use our products, Website, or services for unlawful purposes or in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, payment failures, or material pricing errors, subject to applicable law. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will issue the appropriate refund.

4. Orders and Availability

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted or fulfilled.

All orders are subject to payment verification, product availability, and fulfillment capabilities.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders when necessary.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you regarding the available options, which may include a refund or an alternative product with your express agreement.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Sunday Pairs works with third-party fulfillment partners, suppliers, and shipping carriers to deliver orders.

Our estimated shipping and delivery windows are provided for informational purposes and may vary depending on product availability, processing requirements, destination, carrier operations, and other circumstances.

Our currently advertised delivery estimate is approximately 5–10 days, unless otherwise indicated during checkout or in the applicable product listing. This estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Orders may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.

Third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners may ship products directly to customers, and packaging or shipping origins may vary.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control; however, we will honor all applicable legal obligations concerning delayed shipments, cancellations, and refunds.

If we cannot ship an order within the applicable promised shipment period, we will provide the required notice and offer the customer the legally required options to consent to a delay or cancel for a refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us immediately at info@sundaypairs.com.

Additional shipping charges may apply to reshipment caused by customer-provided address errors, where permitted by law and disclosed before payment.

If a package is missing, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier.

A tracking status alone does not eliminate any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to the personal nature of socks and our third-party fulfillment process, all purchases are considered final sale, except where otherwise required by law or expressly authorized by Sunday Pairs.

We do not offer routine returns or exchanges for:

Changes of mind or personal preference.
Incorrect sizes or styles selected by the customer.
Items that have been worn or used.
Minor variations in color or appearance that do not constitute a product defect or material misrepresentation.

We do, however, want every customer to receive the products they ordered in acceptable condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or contains an incorrect item, please contact info@sundaypairs.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available.

We recommend reporting issues within 14 days of delivery to help us investigate promptly. This recommendation does not reduce any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

If we cancel an order, cannot fulfill an order, or are otherwise legally required to issue a refund, we will do so in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional processing time before refunded funds appear in an account.

7. Order Cancellations and Changes

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact info@sundaypairs.com immediately.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests are generally subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

This section does not restrict cancellation rights arising from delayed fulfillment, non-delivery, or other applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Promotions, Discounts, and Bundles
